This large house comes with 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a games/PlayStation area, and private driveway parking in a residential location for easy access to the town centre, train station, university, Fosse Park, Leicester City Football Club, and Leicester General and Royal Infirmary Hospitals.
This comfortable, stylish, and bright property features a huge fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. A washing machine, dishwasher, and large fridge-freezer is provided.
The lounge comes with a Smart TV (including Netflix), a large comfortable sofa-bed and lounge chair, making it the perfect space to relax. High speed complimentary Wi-Fi is included to enjoy watching your favourite films and shows on Netflix. A separate dining area with table and chairs is available to enjoy meals. For gamers, a PlayStation is provided with games to enjoy during your stay.
There are 3 king-size bedrooms (in 2 of the bedrooms, beds can be set up as a king or two single beds on request). The master bedroom comes with its own en-suite shower room and there are 2 further family size bathrooms located on the ground and first floors. Each bedroom comes with high quality bed linen, towels and storage space.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large hob, double oven, washing machine, 2 large fridges/freezers, microwave, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils. The property is located on a residential road with a Co-Op conveniently located close by (5-min walk). There is private driveway parking for 2 vehicles as well as free on-street parking.
