Summary: The young lady who checked us in for our stay is amazing! She welcome us with smile and was able to change our room from second floor to main floor due to my partner as MS, she was very empathic! When we got to our room the tv wasn’t working g and I went to the desk and was told by the young man he’d sent someone but after an hour know one came so I texted the front desk and within 10 mins the young lady that had given us amazing customer service came to our room with a young man to attend too the issues with the tv! I’m a HR Manager and I wish I had employees whom were that attentive too our customers!

Summary: Great place close to everything but away from traffic and noise. Everything we needed! Clean, safe, comfortable location! Would stay here again!

Summary: The hotel room was in mid-uodating. There was no hairdryer on the wall. The lighting was poor. It seemed as if they were in the middle of updating it and just stopped.

Summary: Room was not clean, our fee included cleaning which is shocking because the room was not clean when we got there. So very difficult to operate the TV, extremely confusing. Very friendly people, they took care of our concerns the day we brought them, they were very accommodating for our later check in ( I got there at 2:30 AM the day after check in) beds were comfy. Due to the uncleanliness I doubt I’ll stay again

Summary: I chose this hotel because it was cheap and I was only staying one night. I had the handicap room. It was quite dated, not very esthetically pleasing, but clean and fairly comfortable. I would not stay her for more than one night.
