Positive: There is plenty of parking, the location is quiet and the rooms are nice.

Negative: Lack of a TV, when arriving early you're pretty much in the middle of nowhere, on a bad weather day the room is all you have!

Negative: 2 v small beds pushed together were not a double and if you rolled over they separated and nearly fell down the middle. Only fault as comfy sheets good and room lovely
