Positive: Free parking out front and comfortable beds. Its a basement apartment that has 3 bedrooms adjoining the common lounge and kitchen. So you have to be mindful to keep noise down if other guests have gone to sleep early. It was not clean when we arrived at 7pm. The other guests seemed it was ok to leave clothes on the couch and bathroom floor, and unwashed dishes on the kichen table and sink. Wifi worked well. Took us 15min to drive into the city with all the traffic lights. A little noise from above floor at 11pm - they suddenly decided to stomp around. But was fine when we went to bed. There is no terrace as such - just plastic tables and chairs sitting on the lawn in the backyard.
Negative: Hard couch. Didn't seem like it was cleaned daily.
Summary: Ok for one night.
