Positive: What a little "gem" of a B&B... in the middle of the countryside. Ok, it's a bit of a trek getting to Five Saints, but well worth the effort. Set in stunningly beautiful countryside, the Stables is a fantastic find for those that want to enjoy the peace and tranquility that's on offer. Cosy bedroom, comfortable bed, great shower and what a view out the bedroom window! The breakfast menu was varied and the food plentiful. Fresh farm poached eggs in the morning... you can't beat them. The host Nikki was very friendly and accommodating. Even heated up my "ready meal' which I brought along for my evening supper which I eat overlooking a beautiful sunset evening on the picnic table. Awesome stay!

Negative: The road up to the farmhouse was a little challenging. Especially on a motorbike. But well worth it.

Summary: Awesome B&B in the middle of beautiful countryside.

Positive: What a lovely holiday we have had in llanwarda, the farmhouse is so beautiful with lovely views all around. The children loved watching the hens and cockerels, and the horses. Scenic walking trails around. The tastiest breakfast yum yum. Wish we could stay for longer which we will do next time. The house had all the facilities in it. Thank you Nikki, Oz & Tom for giving us a memorable holiday in Wales !

Positive: The location is quintessential Mid Wales countryside, with Westward views of the hills, rural landscapes and animals. The room was delightful, with comfortable beds, a good shower, great Wifi and views. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the host is wonderful and helpful. I felt more like I was visiting an old friend than staying at a BnB.

Positive: Outstanding breakfast and beautiful location, room was of a good size and nicely furnished. Superb for dog walks and an early morning call from the resident cockerel. Would happily stay again.
