Summary: I loved my stay here! The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and grand and the entire property felt luxurious. I loved the pool and beach club access too! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Summary: Definitely a property not for families with kids… it is a party place, the pool area is buzzing from an early morning. Clean, new rooms, great views. I traveled with a friend and we loved it. Great Italian restaurant, right next to the promenade that can take you to the beach, any other hotel nearby, or to the dozens of restaurants and beach clubs along it.

Summary: This property exceeding all my expectations! I was visiting from the US celebrating my 40th Birthday. The hotel is beautiful to name the least. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. What stood out the most for me was upon entering my room from finishing my excursions for the day, I walked into a bottle of champagne, a handwritten card and a small personal cake. Let’s just say I cried like a baby lol. It wasn’t anything that my husband and I ordered, the staff paid that close attention to making our stay memorable. Every time I visit Dubai I vow to ALWAYS stay at this hotel.

Summary: My overall experience at the 5 palms was amazing. My only issue was it took a bit of time to check into the hotel. I was onsite at 2 pm and was not able to get into my room until 4 pm. Check in should be 3 pm. Also my favorite sunglasses were stolen at the pool. Dubai is safe but the you must still watch over your stuff.

Summary: The hotel is very busy with a young partying crowd enjoying their time everyday. Not many quiet peaceful places to enjoy alone or with family. Staff is friendly but unorganized and unable to control the wild atmosphere at times.
