Positive: The house itself was beautiful and spacious. The beds were well kept.

Negative: The home is due for a deep clean and maintenance of multiple things. The temperature was set to 54 when we arrived and took three hours to warm up to 65-67. I understand eco modes to save money but we were so cold.

Positive: The cabin was spacious, clean and very quiet. Beautiful view and perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

Negative: Unfortunately the gravel road to the cabin was a challenge for motorcycles but we managed without issue.

Positive: It was very nice overall. CLEAN!!!!!!! The stairs to the loft were fun. The gravel road didn't have too much gravel on it and was fine, since we were on Motorcycles. The steep driveway up is always a little challenge on a motorcycle but was fun after we got used to it. Overall a great place.

Negative: We lost power for 30 seconds on Monday and it took about 14 hours for the Starlink internet to come back on. And Zero Cell service for everyone in the group. Remember, you are in the mountains and that will be common. Overall a great place.

Positive: Very well equipped, everything you need (except internet) very comfortable, clean.

Negative: Note dated 7/2/24 saying internet router needed to be replaced, no internet, no advance notification before out 7/27/24 arrival. Plenty of time to let me know, but didn’t; Internet was a key feature I was looking for when booking to be able to complete important remote work during my stay. I had to leave the area to find a remote hotspot accomplish important tasks, taking away from my leisure time. No cell phone service for Verizon, US. Cellular, AT&T or T Mobile. Would be nice to let customers know they will be off the grid during their stay. Gravel road leading to house is narrow and final paved driveway is very steep, but it worked.

Summary: Overall, enjoyable time in a spacious clean well equipped home.
