Summary: We arrived following a 4 hr drive from the north and were warmly welcomed by Paola and her husband. The apartment is well cared for ,spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with good quality linen and kitchen equipment. Located in a residential area with parking available it is quiet at night yet only a few minutes walk away from the centre with its bars, shops, night market and gelaterias (a different one to try each night!). This location means you can experience the Sardinian way of life yet not miss out on the ‘fun’. We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week here.

Summary: We had a wonderful welcome from Paola and Giovanni. The apartment is in a perfect location for town, within a short walk of all the bars and shops. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach too. We had a hire car, for which there is also parking. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need, a real home from home. Paola and Giovanni have thought of everything! We have recommended this apartment to our family and friends and we would love come back soon. Summary: Very nice, cosy and clean appartement. Fully equiped, even washing machine. Good location, nice terras. All communication with Paola was very easy, she was helpful and very kind. She welcomed us with local cakes and recommended different places to go. Villasimius is beatiful!

Summary: Right when we got there I knew we made the right decision. Paola and her husband welcomed us kindly and peacefully despite the late hour. We got all explanations and details including some warm recommendations for nice beaches, restaurants and everything else we needed. We stayed for a while week. The apartment wasas described, clean and beautiful. It has ALL what you need for in and outside. Linens and towels more that needed, kitchen with stove (no oven, for you to know), plenty of plats, pots, pans, wine glasses and more and more. You even have beach chairs, mats and umbrella. Super useful! They were so kind, and left us drinks and some food to be cooked, and even traditional sweets :) Thank you for your hospitality! I recommend your place to everybody on your next visit in the wonderful Villasimius.

Summary: We had the most wonderful week in this apartment with our 8 month old son. It is very well equipped with everything you could need such as beach parasol, beach chairs, coolbag, ice blocks and even beach toys/games! It made it very easy for us having everything provided. It is a very comfortable apartment with a lovely terrace which we sat out on every evening. It is very well located in the town and there are lots of beautiful beaches to choose from only 5-10 mins away by car. Paola, the owner, is really friendly and it was very easy to arrange the holiday with her. She and her husband gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: This apartment was excellent! We loved everything! It is ideally located close to the center but in a quiet area. It was very nicely decorated, very clean and had all you need. The terrace is lovely, sunny, with beautiful views! The area is amazingly beautiful. The owners are very very nice too! We even had typical sardinian biscuits on arrival. Happy holidays!

Summary: What a wonderful and marvellous appartment!!! All interior shows an exclusive taste of the owner and all components are well designed and composed with heart. The furniture is in excellent condition and the appartment offers enotmous practical values, e.g. an Barbecue plate, a kitchen on balcony, shadow throughout the day, excellently working air condition and a well-sized fridge. We felt very comfortable during our stay and you ought to know, that you can rent this appartment by taking only a small bag with you, because everything you Need, really everything is there!!! Best sized for two persons sharing this appartment, a Person more should maximum be a child. If you leave the Windows open at night it remains noisy, because it's Close to main street.
