Summary: We were there for the new year eve. Very disappointing that hotel had no entertainment on on new year's eve. Also no continental breakfast. But the staff did get her some cheese. A Scottish lady was very helpful and got her some cheese as did a young Black chap they were very helpful.

Summary: Close to the train station, and shops. Breakfast was good, staff very efficient. We also had dinner at the onsite restaurant. The and service was good too. We will stay there next visit.

Summary: Very clean room with really comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful- genuinely friendly and welcoming as well as being extremely efficient. Parking is under the building but maybe best call for directions. Very central, close to the train station and all the sights. Excellent food and good breakfast

Summary: We had a parking lot. But there was construction and it was Hard to find. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. Hotel is looking a little run down. Over all a comfy bed. Typical breakfast. I wasnt in waterford long. Very quick trip

Summary: We stayed at this hotel and the only thing I can say is that it was excellent! On arrival the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. When we got to our room, we were blown away! We had been given an upgrade at no extra cost, and to say the room was magnificent would be an understatement, it was superb. The following morning we came downstairs for breakfast, we were shown to a lovely table and had out choice of so many wonderful things to eat. The location of the hotel is great, it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can get a great nights sleep, yet close enough to everything that you are only minutes away from anything you could want. Our stay was truly memorable and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel to anyone.
