Positive: The rooms are located above a busy restaurant ( which by the way is excellent.). We went there 1 of 3 nights. We like variety so we walked to Piso Livadi for our other 2 nights. (There is really one 1 other choice in Logaras, that we know of, for eating at night.) Piso Livadi has plenty of choice and a couple of bars for a night-cap. The room itself was very pleasant with an extra bed we didn't need for putting our luggage on. The view was delightful onto Logaras Beach. The beach was literally outside the hotel!! We also hired our own sunbeds from a garage outside the town ( 7 euro per bed per day) and went to Logaras and Punda Beach. The latter is one of my favourite beaches EVER! and, as a beach lover, that's saying something. Would never pay the 100 euro they asked for THEIR sunbeds though.

Negative: There is no parking. We had to carry our luggage from the car park approx 7 min walk from the hotel. This wasn't really an issue for us but if you were staying for longer and had a lot of stuff, it could be tiresome.

Positive: Right on the beach. Restaurant is right on beach as well and you can eat and drink while looking at the beautiful water/view.

Negative: The laundry service was twice as expensive as any other laundry service I’ve encountered while on vacation and it takes 2 days to get your clothes where the other laundry services took 4-6 hours. The clothes lines were not properly stocked with clothes pins and my clothes fell onto the ground twice.

Summary: I would stay here again with it being right on the beach. Great value.

Positive: On the beach .... budget accommodation @ budget price ,hot shower clean comfortable beds excellent wholesome greek food at exceptional prices .Third time there totally consistent highly recommend. Be aware it's not fancy dont expect 5 star furnishings, do expect an amazing vacation and great value

Negative: There is no down side to Fisilianis.. Its great 👍

Positive: The location is amazing - being right on the beach with a great view from our room. The room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were amazing. We loved having the balcony looking out to the sea. Everyone was very lovely and super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Negative: Check in normally was at 14:00 but they called us that the room was ready at 16:11 , the next day we had our check out which is normally at 12 and at 11:50 they were already banging on the door to leave ….
