Summary: Our stay was nice. Nobody cleaned our room. We had to go to the office to get towels daily. The continental breakfast has gone downhill big time since my last visit. Not enough coffee for each of us. Nothing but toast and bagels with no butter.

Summary: Front desk was nice and friendly. Room clean, beds were great bathroom good except the shower were we had very little warm water. The hotel is 3 floors and does not have an elevator. The stay was fine cold shower day one day 2 drove home from the keys so showered at home. Would stay again but will probably search other locations.

Summary: Horrible that older people in there 70's with heart conditions are placed in a 3rd floor room with no elevator mainly because we booked with hotels.com as the person at the check-in desk explained. It became a real stumbling block when planning activities.
