Summary: Overall is good, especially the location which is beside Pingtung night market. Since it is the tallest building in this neighborhood, my family staying one night on top floor (12th) and enjoyed the city view. The only complaint is the dangerous parking environment. Parking lot in the basement is dark and that's an one-way passage with only one warning light in the entrance.
