Positive: The location is good. The reception staff were efficient and helpful.

Negative: The breakfast is mediocre. The room is small, has no cupboard for hanging clothes and the TV is difficult to operate.

Negative: The rolls of toilet paper in the room were small and there were no spares. Yes, I could always ask the front desk for more, but it felt like it was being rationed.

Positive: Staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Wang Yu. Nice buffet and quiet courtyard. Rooftop restaurant with view of nearby Heritage Park. Was presented with departing gift of Luoyang treats.

Negative: Needs a luggage rack and some counterspace in bathroom. Small room so hard to get to one side of the bed.

Positive: The staff was very helpful (Through a translation app) and directed me to a fantastic place for a massage. They let me check out late and were very friendly. The location was fantastic - a 2 minute walk to the most popular sights! The breakfast had several options and there is a full bar in the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the room was very clean, I highly recommend this hotel.

Negative: The view from my room was a wall and the room was very small. The hallways and stairs were dingy but the room seemed freshly remodeled with a woodlike floor and nice bathroom.

Summary: A fantastic location and friendly staff made it a very pleasant stay!

Positive: Some attractions are within walking distance. The night view is very beautiful. You can take a bus to Longmen Grottoes from the bus stop in front of the hotel.Friendly hotel stuff and excellent buffet breakfast.
