Summary: I was extremely happy with the help from Ivon, the owner. She responded very quickly to a few problems we had (including a flat tyre). She was the perfect hostess! There were a few problems - the air conditioning wasn’t very effective so it was difficult to sleep. The property is accessed by a very long gravel road - impossible to walk to the centre, and it takes about 15 minutes to drive there - you must have a car. There’s no tennis court and the hot tub is actually a whirlpool bath. There are lots of wasps that congregate around the pool. In spite of these problems we had a fabulous holiday.

Summary: This was an amazing villa for our 10 person (5 couples) adult family group. It was extremely quiet. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms being spacious, there was plenty of room inside the house for relaxing together and playing games (billiards, cards). The grounds were beautiful with an incredible swimming pool and large outdoor area for cooking and playing ping pong. We would highly recommend this villa to other large groups looking to travel together, have fun together and still have lots of privacy.

Summary: We truly had a wonderful stay at this amazing villa. My family and my sisters family stayed together (9 total) and there was PLENTY of room. The villa is enormous yet still feels comfortable and relaxed. Great for multiple families. Offering plenty of space and privacy between all of the suites. The grounds are extensive, beautiful, well maintained, and very private. A quick 8-10 minute drive and you are in the heart of old town Porec. The owner was helpful and responsive, making us feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this house for anyone planning a trip to Porec. Only tip- bring your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc) as none were provided.

Summary: The house was large and accommodated the five couples well. We enjoyed our stay; however it was too remote than we would have liked. We were not given the specific address which we found out when we googled its location just before arriving. The location came up on google as an office location not at all the house address. Also, there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and one bathroom did not have soap. We also had to buy toilet paper. There was only one laundry pod. Maybe we were expecting too much from the VRBO. It did serve its purpose and again it was quite spacious.
