Guests will enjoy 24 hour access to the entire house other than the basement & the maintenance room which will have a lock on it. You may come in and out as you please. The entrance to the home will have an electronic lock on the garage door which will make for a smooth & easy check in.

***House Rules***
-No parking in the garage or on the road. There is also a 4 car limit.
-No smoking inside, you may use the back patio, any reminisces may be left in the ashtray.
- Use of living room fireplace is not allowed. Please feel free to use the Electronic fireplace in the master bedroom as well as the outdoor fire pit.
- If staying over Thursday night please bring both garbage cans down as well as bring up Friday morning
-No drugs allowed.
-No overnight guests who are not part of the original booking.
-No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
-No candles or other open flames.
-Please leave thermostat at 65 degrees when checking out.
-Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night
-Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.
-If you break or damage something, please let us know right away and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
