Positive: Good Hotel considering the area. Very friendly staff, and good breakfast. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the AC very silent.

Negative: There was nothing bad considering money for value. Maybe they could increase the water pressure in the shower.

Positive: The food was incredible, it had nice sitting areas, it was decorated beautifully and I loved the building and location. I appreciated the little touches.

Negative: The AC did not work well in our room and the fans also didn’t work well. It was very hot.

Positive: We stayed at the new “west wing” which is right across the road from the original firefly. We felt we got the best of both worlds: clean, new rooms with airco (and we stayed at the back so no noise roads), a second pool but also the great atmosphere and facilities of firefly. We just loved the whole setting and vibe; i even bought one of the robes from the room :-).

Negative: Breakfast was quite limited (no juice for the kids, no fruit)
