Positive: We're well-positioned. Free Parking offered.

Negative: In one room the heating system doesn't work properly. We ask for help, they come and try to fix it, but it only works for a short time. And the most annoying part was that, on our last night, after we paid for our stay they completely shut off the heating. Also, the toilet water didn't work properly. Having trouble flushing the toilet. Also, they tried to fix it but continue to work in and out.

Summary: Nice stay but for the next time we will chooseose something else!

Positive: Excellent location. Right next door to the Gondola. Restaurants, bakery and grocery store nearby. The service we received from staff was outstanding. Definitely keen to stay again.

Positive: Superb location! Walking distance to SilvrettaBahn 2 min! Top to all bars. Simply one of the best locations in the town

Negative: Nothing to add. 2 bedroom appt with 2 bathrooms. Huge dining room! Top. Super friendly personel. Amazing spa on the roof! On top you do have a club directly in the underground...:-)

Positive: Perfect location and nice new apartment. Cleaning twice during the week. Sparkling water fountain for free. Generally an apartment in good condition with large rooms and 2 small balconies with a bench on each.

Negative: The large apartments (Neptun and Saturn) on floor 1 is located above the nightclub with loud music until 3 AM in the weekend. You can feel the bass from the music. Almost like a free vibrating bed. Bring ear plugs. The apartment lacks and oven. You can rent this for a daily charge, but I would prefer to have the oven installed as standard at this level of pricing. I clearly recommend you pick the second floor apartments if you need one that can accommodate 6 persons.

Summary: Great apartment - but weekend noise from nightclub.
