Positive: Was a great stopping point on our long drive. Amazing food and coffee so close to Finn’s. Would stay again. Coffee, tea, biscuits in room with a fridge and microwave. Was very clean.

Positive: Shame we didn't stay longer as the sound of the surf at night was magical to fall asleep to.... and the swimming pool was spotless and looked very inviting. Good handy walking distance to everything.we needed, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure for a hot shower was brilliant after a day travelling...

Negative: NO COFFEE provided! Heaps of Tea options, for a tea drinker, but not so much as a grain of instant coffee or coffee any pods for the pod machine provided. The local cats scrapping and howling at each other outside downstairs at some ungodly hour of the very early morning was a disturbance.

Positive: The location was perfect for working in Taree, just a 20-minute drive, which I found to be a much better option than the accommodation available closer to town. It truly felt like a little sanctuary, and I loved the setup! the room I was in was upstairs (Room 1) and looks over on the pool and all you can see is greenery from the room which is so lovely. As a solo female traveler, I look for places that feel safe without feeling confined and locked in with little light .. and this was exactly that, private, yet open and welcoming- I felt very safe with other people around but not within view of me - and honestly this is a tricky balance to find often and this place had that for me. My room had a small fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and even a really good hairdryer (a detail I really appreciated). The large rain shower head was fantastic too and the water hot. I hadn’t expected the room to be serviced during my stay, so that was a lovely surprise. For the price, this place is exceptional. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it and will be back.

Negative: Very little to say about the dislikes..... They had just the day earlier changed to a new wi fi modem so the name was different in the info book - but this was sorted out quickly by the staff and didn't cause an issue for me .
