Positive: It is a bit hard to get to but that why it is so authentic. We have the bungalow deluxe and everything was perfect, the staffs, room and everything else. They have trails and nice activities around the location as well.

Positive: The room was big and beautiful with privacy between rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very nice and welcoming.

Negative: There is some walking necessary between the parking and the room, and it was difficult carrying the suitcase on the paths. There were some insects in the room.

Summary: The place is beautiful! We wish we had more time to enjoy all that it offers.

Positive: The lodge was absolutely beautiful!!! My room was gorgeous, the bed was super comfy and shower was lovely. I did luck out and get the room that has a private balcony which was lovely and relaxing. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a varied selection each night for dinner. The pool was perfect, and the night tour was exceptional. The guide for the hike Jason was super knowledgeable, and I was able to get some great pictures! The entire staff was warm and welcoming. It is a little outside of the "main" area but only about 20 min drive. And this helped make it super quiet. Highly recomend, I've traveled to over 20 countries and this was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed at!!

Positive: The staff were amazing and always helpful The true definition of Hospitality Byron at the restaurant was always helpful. The front desk you g lady who checked us in. They found out I was having stomach problems and they made me a soup without even asking. That was beyond caring. The chef is a 5 star chef. If you want to unwind and unplug this is your little haven

Positive: We planned the trip around staying here and we were not disappointed. Having our own car was a must and they did a terrific job arranging our tours. We loved the onsite chocolate tour and the restaurant served great food.
