Positive: Beautiful place with a view, romantic surroundings. Accommodation in a mandarin grove, in a quiet place outside the city.. Great for relaxation. The furnishings were pleasant and tasteful, perhaps the only thing missing was a large mirror, which is useful for us women. But he could do without it. We were delighted with the place, it is beautiful and close to Gandia and Oliva, there are many places of tourist interest, great gastronomy for very good money. Unfortunately, we were here at the time of the catastrophic floods. We are saddened by what has befallen the people of Valencia and the surrounding area. Condolences to all affected people.

Positive: Beautiful , large finca with huge gardens and several apartments - 4 night stay booked the week before - Well designed & spacious property(Levante) for 2 - we only used 1 bedroom , 2nd downstairs - fabulous outside area with pool and bbq / oven - beautiful views across the valley- 5 mins to excellent supermarket (Mercadona) - nice, screened off outside seating area for each apartment - we had it to ourselves for the first night - comfortable bed and good air conditioning although it wasn’t really hot enough to need it. Stunning, natural garden area all around. You feel miles away from anything but only around 15 mins to the coast.

Negative: There wasn’t any information about the property inside or the area - the housekeeper spoke little English but was very friendly and welcoming so we managed with google translate- there were rubbish bins but no info as to whether to separate items- it is a chemical toilet system so no paper gets flushed and would suggest a more sealed bin for toilet paper or a designated bin to regularly empty this into? as we stayed 4 nights and it was off season(late April) wasn’t an issue but not sure if I would have liked it hygiene wise for a longer stay or in summer months. Apart from this it was an exceptional, beautiful property.

Summary: Stunning location and spacious property with wonderful outside area- good location for the coast too.
