Summary: Need to have all sheets clean, replace towels. Replace cooking pans, all non stick coating is gone. Level stove so oven racks don’t slide out when you open the oven door. 2 burners on stove not working. No pot holders.Good location and nice home just needs some tlc

Summary: This property was in a great location. We love staying in Sandy Shores. Its quiet, private beach and easy access to everything! We will be back.Our only wish is that the house came with bikes and more umbrellas and chairs.

Summary: This was a family vacation with 10 adults and 8 children, and the accommodation was perfect. I have stayed in many VRBO properties, but this was the best equipped by far. Having two kitchens was a tremendous bonus, and 2 living areas made it perfect with a place for the children and a very comfortable space for the adults. The Avant team was incredibly responsive to any of our needs -- greatly appreciated especially over what I'm sure was a very busy Thanskgiving weekend. The beach was easily acccessible, and there was an ample supply of beach chairs for our use.. Since the home is on a cul-de-sac in a gated community, our children could ride their bikes without fear of cars whizzing by. In short, the location was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this home and hope if we make a return trip to 30A with our family, that it will be available.

Summary: We enjoyed our time away as a family on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were always waiting with our reserved tag. We were able to walk to Alys and Rosemary for shopping and dinner, but we enjoyed have dinner at the house the most sitting in the kitchen or on the balcony at sunset, the view was amazing! Thanks for the memories made! Our favorite house that we have stayed at by far.

Summary: We had the best time! We were a large group of 4 families with 9 kids ranging from 2-9 and our trip was just perfect….from the close proximity to our private beach, Rosemary shops/reataurants and Alys beach, to the heated pool/jacuzzi, to the game room for all the kids to enjoy.

Summary: We had 7 couples, each of us with our own suite, stay for a long weekend. The property was great with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together. The beach was a short stroll away at the end of the cul-de-sac without having to cross a busy road.
