Positive: The property was amazing and everything we were looking for. I was quiet, private, and clean. The owner, Andreas , went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect - we had a late check in and he met us at the property with warm pastries, sandwiches, a stocked fridge. He was always on call to help us explore the area and gave us some fantastic info and recommendations. The sunrise and sunsets from the roof top terrace was outstanding. The pool was a great size and all the facilities were outstanding.

Negative: Nothing, all was perfect.

Summary: I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone and would defo stay here again.

Positive: Andreas met us at the villa with welcome drinks and a delicious homemade treat which was lovely. The welcome information Andreas gave us was really helpful for our stay. The villa was very clean and we really appreciated the mid week clean (10 day stay). The fridge was very well stocked on our arrival. We enjoyed Andreas visits to the villa to check in with us during our stay and the delicious treats he brought. When we had a question during our stay Olga was very helpful and quick to respond. We had an excellent time and everything about the stay was wonderful.

Negative: Very minor but internet was slow and not useable for 7 people. Mobile signal in the area was very good and able to use data.

Summary: Excellent hosts and villa!

Positive: Our stay at Filoxenia villas was superb - the property itself was in our opinion even better than the pictures displayed, spotlessly clean throughout and furnished extremely tastefully. Everything in this modern very well designed property indicates a high level of attention to detail with a view to making your stay as comfortable as possible - I would go as far as to stay this was the best thought out property we have stayed in, in our many stays in various villas. Andreas met us at the villa with delicious treats that he made himself ( ex-chef), and gave us a personalised overview of the property and local tips on restaurants and beaches - he and Olga were faultless as hosts throughout, very friendly, accessible & went out of their way to arrange our ferry trip to Symi island (highly recommended); best hosts we have encountered amongst many excellent ones. The pool was perfect, the weather was perfect, everything was perfect - highly recommended, we hope to return in the future. Our favourite beaches were at Mojitos beach bar and Prasonisi, favourite restaurants were Roulas, Platanos near to the villa, and Ouzokamomata Greek tapas in Kallithea. Brilliant stay, thanks Andreas and Olga!

Positive: We rented both Filoxenia Villas for a big family holiday for 3 generations including young children. We had high hopes before we arrived - and they were far exceeded! They are 2 beautiful, wonderfully practical and perfectly equipped properties with lovely pools. And Olga and Andreas were perfect hosts - approachable, flexible and generous with helpful information. And the pastries they brought were lovely!
