Summary: Delicious food (especially appreciated breakfast being included with my room), and very friendly and attentive staff. Courtyard was beautiful, and complimentary water was much appreciated. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Accra.

Summary: I only ate the breakfast and it wasn’t good & the $235 rate should be reduced to a $80 rate per day. HIGHLY OVERPRICED. The room furniture was dirty and the bed frame was damaged. The safe in the room was not even bolted down. You could literally walk away with the entire safe.

Summary: It's all about the staff. Right from the beginning Josephine (the front desk lady) was awesome to deal with. I was fortunate to have her again during my check out and she made it seamless for me. Provided me with payment options and was patient with me. She represent the brand well. The restaurant staff were very patient and nice. I was always late to come out for food, however they accommodated me and made my stay enjoyable. The facility was quite to my satisfaction and I was able to get my needed rest.

Summary: The people were all welcoming and kind. The room was updated, modern and very quiet in spite of the noisy traffic not far away. The pool was not usable because they were treating it and the attendant didn't tell us this until I went to ask for a towel. It was not clean in time for us to use it before checking out. It would be nice to post this or let us know before we lathered up with sunscreen and almost jumped in the pool.
