Positive: The villa is big. It had enough rooms and beds to accommodate our big group with children. There was a jacuzzi that is a great thing when the weather is not so good. There are other things to make yourself busy.

Negative: The facilities require a bit of renewal, but this was not critical for us, especially having a good price for stay.
