Positive: Situated on the edge of Trowbridge very quiet, Loved that it had a indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Very relaxing place to stay. Staff were friendly

Negative: Some of the features such as the sauna Ned a little money spent on it as it’s a tad worn out.

Negative: The fire doors in the passages weren't soft- close and we were disturbed several times in the night by their slamming.

Positive: 1) quirky place, victorian mansion so some lovely & features (reception & dinning rooms) 2) good breakfast, lovely sausages (chef worked hard) 3) staff very helpful esp re early arrival (thanks Sue & Stacey & Rob whom I spoke too) 4) would stay again

Negative: 1) saniflow toilets in some room 2) some parts of the building tired 3) tv in single bedroom too small & old

Positive: A very attractive building (from the outside), pleasant setting with pine trees. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was well cooked and served hot. It was good value for money.

Negative: Some of the light fittings in my room were broken or discoloured and there was no bedside light. The bed was a bit soft for my liking.
