Positive: Lovely location - peaceful and close to lovely walks. Everything seemed to be designed for maximum ease comfort and relaxation. The host was very nice and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!

Positive: Very quiet, beautiful views over the fields, well-appointed facilities and a nice patio to sit out on. Les and Sheila are very friendly and helpful hosts. The snug is very well situated with the famous Stourhead gardens and Hauser & Wirth’s outstanding Contemporary Arts Centre and garden in Bruton both within a 5 mile radius.

Negative: The kitchen area is compact. A more comfortable mattress and a handrail in the shower would be useful.

Summary: We really enjoyed our week in the snug.

Positive: The owners of the property were very welcoming, attentive but not at all intrusive. The property was well maintained, very comfortable, very clean, lovely comfortable bed, located in beautiful countryside but not far from the main road. Pleasent walks from the property and within easy reach of many interesting visitor attractions by car. As a solo visitor the property was a perfect size, not overbearing, yet definitely big enough for two. Wish Les and Sheila all the very best for the future of the holiday let. Many thanks, enjoyed the holiday very much.
