Positive: Room, staff -everything was quite well , no noise , clean and helpful staff

Negative: I like to swim in the morning and afternoon - unfortunately, in the afternoon there are swimming lessons for children and all the lanes are taken - it is necessary to talk to the coaches to free up a lane to swim quietly!

Positive: Large rooms, good restaurant menu, a well maintained hotel.

Negative: Tried the spa at 4pm and then again at 7pm, on both visits it was noisy and far from a relaxing venue. Nevermind the kids swimming class, but house keeping staff were sweeping the floors with some noisy electric brushes and in the sauna area there was a loud 'tatoo convention'. A spa is not the place to fight, spit and use bad language.
