Positive: The location was interesting, it's a Middle Eastern district. You can walk to the Rhine from the property through a nice district. We crossed the river by boat. It's well connected by public transport. We were able to leave our suitcases before checking in, after calling the proprietor. It was a very spacious apartment.

Negative: There weren't enough beds the first night, we were under the impression there was a sofa bed but it was just a standard leather sofa and not comfortable for sleeping on. A mattress was provided for our second night. For a level 4 property you'd expect washing up liquid, tea towel, tea, coffee, etc, but these weren't provided. The air conditioning was provided by portable units that weren't very effective (however we did visit during a heatwave).

Positive: The location is good, our apartment was quite comfortable but needs some fixes here and there. There is an underground parking, which is quite necessary if you come by car.

Negative: The property did not respond to text messages via booking.com, only to calls and later to WhatsApp messages. It was hard to find the entrance and to park the car at check-in, because the streets are very busy and it's not clear where the entrance is. The apartment was not quite ready for our arrival: there was some garbage left from the previous visitors and the crib that we requested was not there, we had to help bringing it up the stairs. We also had to ask for the WiFi password and for the bath towels.
