Positive: It’s a spacious apartment on the ground floor, equipped with everything you need. There’s a TV in the living room and in the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly; they don’t speak English, but that’s no longer a problem these days. Getting there was a bit difficult, but that was a temporary setback—there was road construction in the city, so detours were necessary.

Positive: The place itself is quite good, clean, and well-equipped. Although the hosts did not speak English and our German is broken, they did their best to try to communicate with us speaking simple German. Price of this place can also be considered a good advantage. If you expectations are not out of this world, I can highly recommend staying there :)

Positive: The apartment is very well maintained and equipped with everything one needs. It's obvious that the hosts paid a lot of attention to the small details (a variety of soaps in the bath, nicely equipped kitchen, a small table for kids in the living room...). For us (travelling with a car) the location was good, between Bamberg and Würzburg, so we could visit both towns paying a reasonable price.
Negative: The apartment is sort of separated into two, where the parents bedroom is separated from the main space (we didn't understand it from the description in the website). It was not that bad, but not super comfortable, especially when travelling with young kids.

Positive: The rooms are clean and tidy. The hosts were understanding about the late check-in.
Negative: The rooms are clean and tidy, but they are cold. If you use the coffee filter or kitchen utensils and you do not have time to wash them, you have to pay extra, by the rules I found on the kitchen table.
