Positive: It was a lovely bright house. We were out and about so didn't really get to sit at one of the outside areas. I would definitely stay there again if heading to Warburton. It's a bit out of town to walk to shops (not that we couldn't) but we knew that when we book. It's a steep block (thinking if you had small children). The house next door is also available for larger groups. There is a wood heater (we didn't use it). The whole house just had a really lovely feel to it.
Negative: Can not think of a thing.
Summary: comfortable, warm, bright, relaxing.

Positive: Great location, very quiet and clean house. We felt right at home. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the lovely views. The outdoor firepit worked really well. There was PLENTY of firewood for the wood fire, so we kept the fire ticking over and it kept the house nice and cosy. We were delighted to see two Fallow deer in the yard next door and then were very excited to see a Lyrebird just outside the kitchen window! Would recommend this property.
Negative: Would like to have blinds on the kitchen windows, it felt a bit exposed at night with the lights on. The pillows on the main bed were a bit flat. The TV froze quite a few times, maybe it's the internet service.

Positive: It was very good, right size for us and so clean and comfortable. It was a quiet neighbourhood.
Negative: Coffee pods was not much especially we love to drink our morning coffees. Condiments were limited to salt and pepper, but otherwise okay for basic needs.

Positive: Comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage. It is walkable to the river and town but feels like a little oasis in the trees. We loved the outdoor spaces and the various places to sit and have coffee or wine. It was a lovely hideaway for a few days.

Positive: The house itself is gorgeous. Styled beautifully. Great location. Comfy beds. Great shower!
Negative: The tall bunk isn't a full length bed. There's a divider creating two beds, but it means you cannot stretch fully as an adult. Could have done with a few more kitchen extras (mixing bowl, measuring cups, grater).
