Summary: This home is perfect for large families or groups. There are multiple spaces that accommodate a large meeting area and bedrooms that are far enough away for napping children or those who want to sleep in later than the group. The kitchen is very large and well put together to make meal prep for a group super easy. Appliances were updated and efficient. It was well stocked with everything needed to cook for and serve a large group. The hot tub was enjoyed especially during some falling snow. Downtown Coeur d'Alene was less than 10 minute drive & a 1/2 hour drive up into the CDA national forest ( Fernan Saddle) provided a sledding spot. We would book this home again.

Summary: Spent a week at the house. It was very spacious. Plenty of room for our 12 family members. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and silverware. Everything we needed could be found there. We had one maintenance request and it was handled immediately. I would definitely rent here again. Thank you.

Summary: This vacation property enabled our entire family to meet up and enjoy a great week together. We didn't even use the dining area or the living room as the huge kitchen island was large enough for all 14 of us to eat and hang out while prepping meals. Everyone had their own bedroom and there were enough bathrooms to suit our needs. We really enjoyed the outdoor space for playing games. The location is quiet yet close enough to CDA to enjoy any activity that we wanted. We highly recommend this property for a memory making experience. Thanks for the great hospitality :)

Summary: Overall positive. Large home to accommodate our family and age range. Master suite is lovely, grandkids used the tub. Other bedrooms fine but odd that only one bathroom downstairs for 5 bedrooms. Set up worked for us but older kids would be an issue as rec. room downstairs with people sleeping. No glassware and refrigerator at bar area. The kitchen needs new fridge and oven. A separate ice machine to make up for the lack of one in refrigerator. The oven difficult to use and finally didn't work. could use a standard microwave. Lines and towels nice. Down side was the inability to use the lake because of algae bloom. Had hoped could as least wade from dock on Fernan Lake. Weather not controlled by them. Convient to town and shopping. Nice parks in town but paid parking instead of walking down to lake. Nice well maintained yard and hot tub used. So overall worked well for us as we are adaptable and came away with good vibes.

Summary: This property is ideal for large groups. It is spacious and well kept We were disappointed that you couldn’t swim in the lake from the dock. However Coeur d’Alene lake is a short drive. The wild animals on the property were neat including turkeys and a doe and fawn.

Summary: This is a big and nicely decorated home. Each room is decorated in a different theme. Lots of room for our family to spread out. The location was great, not much traffic and very quiet. Close to town and the freeway. We even had a mamma deer and her two fawns visiting in the back yard. All of the family (17 of us) agreed that the beds were cheap and not very comfortable. If you stay here when its hot (95 or hotter, ) just know the A/C can't keep up, especially if you do any cooking. (The maintenance company was very responsive when we reported any issues we had and helpful) Overall it is a great house for a large family.
