Positive: Amazing location on top of the hill with a fantastic view, luxurious apartment for great price very close to ski slopes. Very quiet. Hosts are very nice and attentive. Gravel road from main road to the house is being cleaned/maintained immediately after snow or ice, of course that is not a surprise in Austria.

Positive: We stayed with our family (5 people) in the Top 4 apartment. The apartment is very spacious, clean, functional, and modernly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay and includes a large dining table. Both bedrooms feature very comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space; one has a large-screen TV, and there is another in the living room. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is slightly smaller but has a very spacious shower. The apartment building is located on a slope above Bad Kleinkirchheim, offering absolutely stunning views. The access road is quite steep, partly asphalt and partly gravel, so snow chains are necessary in case of snow. There is even the option to charge electric cars, a storage area for skis and ski boots, and ample parking space. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.
