Positive: Home away from home. The host (Werner) is very kind & helpful. He gave us a load of very tasty bread make by his daughter.

Negative: Nil - you need a car (although public transport is possible) but I knew about this before making the booking.

Summary: My wife and I have a good time - we stay 4 nights in this warmed apartment.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at the property, everything was immaculate, beautiful view of the mountains and total privacy. The host Werner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. The location is great to explore Tyrol, the Alps and the Dolomites. We definitely recommend the stay to everyone, and the price point is amazing for the location. Werner provided some soft drinks for us and even the freshly baked bread from his daughter, which was so lovely. He also asked us to let him know once we get home safely, which was very touching. Thanks again Werner and the whole family for the stay, we hope to see you again. Nikol & Eduard

Positive: We couldn't have chosen better accommodation for exploring Tirol! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, which offered a wonderful view of the valley. The hosts were very kind and made us feel at home. The apartment was spotless. We will definitely come back!

Positive: The apartment is so clean and warm , very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen(except a toaster but its not a big deal, we pan fried our toast bread without oil and its same cryspy). Our stay was perfect for our xmas holiday . The view in front of balcony is beautiful, we had an amazing time. Recommended to visit Bergeralm for skiing or rolling bahn. Trip to Sterzing Italy within 40min drive is truly great. Thank you Werner and Vanessa, hope to be back soon.

It was clear that his intense passion was to make every possible effort that his guests be delighted with their stay.
