Positive: Surprisingly large apartment, modern and well equipped. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms, which is convenient. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. There was also coffee, tea, etc. available, which is above standard for accommodation of this type and price.

Negative: Temporary parking problem - construction work on the road. We didn't know if we could park in front of the garage. We had to move the car there in the morning anyway because of the construction.
