Negative: In the summer months, it would be beneficial to have at least 1-2 window screens for comfortable ventilation, especially since the apartment is located under the roof.

Positive: I liked the place, its location and our hostess. The house is located in a bit remote place, called Gundhabing, 10 minutes drive from Kitzbühel. So it probably does not fit people without a car and looking for apres ski in a walking distance. But we had a car and I liked the secludedness of this place. It took us 2 minutes drive to the Fleckalmbahn (B1) lift. There is a lot of free parking and a good connection to the entire KitzSki area. But if you get tired of KitzSki, you can take 10 minutes drive to Brixen im Thale to the Hochbrixen (1) lift and ski additional 270 kms in the SkiWelt area. Of course, there is a ski bus and it is only one bus stop to Fleckalmbahn. Two minutes drive from Fleckalmbahn there is SPAR supermarket where you can find a good selection of great Austrian food, beer and wine. Also I would like to note that Stefanie, our hostess, did the most to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Negative: ski room with ski boot dryer could make the place even better
