Positive: The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed it very much. Location is perfect.

Negative: Kids corner is not in the room visible on official pictures anymore, it was moved to a basement of a separate building (in the reception I was told that long time ago). Seems like this place is a storage for some furniture and they simply put there some toys. Our son was very disappointed. The day before our arrival there had to be some bigger party there, because whole place was full of left glasses of alcohol, floor was dirty. Water in inside pool is cold which does not feel so good when it is 16 degrees outside. It is a shame that wellness is open only until 7 pm. In the instructions we received we were asked to sort our garbage (which we do at home as well), but there was only one bin in the apartment.

Positive: It was clean and nice hotel with lot of amenities.

Negative: Everything was good but one thing that makes inconvenience since the booking doesn’t come along with linen and towels, means you have to bring your own linens and towel. Or you have to pay extra 150 bucks for those stuff. Luckily we have family at Graz, so we brought our own linens and towel.

Summary: Had a very pleaseant stay at there with my family.

Positive: Breakfast was very good but we were told on our arrival that we need to reserve our place for breakfast one day in advance so that was a bit odd and complicated.

Negative: Some furniture was not in good condition but we are a small family of three and we managed easily. My son got some bug bites when he slept in bunk bed at first night but the double bed was fine and clean.

Summary: It was nice and I loved the location.
