Positive: Late check in possible Apartment is basic and spacious and had a terrace Pool and wellness area are good Parking available

Positive: The location was so peaceful! It was a complete refresher. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was cosy and comfortable.

Negative: Just the knives were a little blunt (a minor issue) and the bathroom didn’t have a lock.

Positive: The property is very nicely located, only 1 min. drive from the lift, approx. 5-10 min walk. The appartment is fully furnished, very clean perfect for families with small children. The checkin was very easy, receptionist was accomodating and very friendly, spoke good english. The facility itself is great! With playground for small children, wellness area. Was a good value for money and would stay there again for sure and really recommend it despite my negative review of the heater :).

Negative: We had issues with the heating system. It is not possible to control the heating from the room (which is not very handy...), we had to ask the reception to do so. It was very hot in the room where the children were sleeping, we asked the reception to turn it off on the first day of our stay, they could not. We asked the second day as well, but it was not fixed until after the 3rd night of our stay. It was 26 degrees in the room, which is not ideal for sleeping. I am usually an easy going guest (really), but the attitude of the second receptionist I talked to about it was not really acceptable, was rude even and and it was quite annoying that a simple issue as that was not solved earlier and no other option was given to us other than: Be patient and wait. Well we waited 3 nights...that shows All in all the management gentleman took it to his own hands, he was very nice and helpful and the heater was simply not working properly (which I stated already on the second day of our stay but was told to wait and to be patient...), therefore they had to change its parts completely. What would have been nice is an offer maybe to allow us to change rooms, as the resort was simply empty being the end of the season. Maybe this way the conflict between me and the other receptionist could have been avoided.

Positive: There is a small grocery shop at the reception, and a small restaurant with delivery. The service is very kind and helpful. Easy to entry. Apartement is extremely clean well equipped: so many towels, cleaning stuff, garbage bag, electric kettle, coffemaker, everything. Roomy appartement.

Negative: Minor things: Restaurant close early :( Distance from ski lift is 500m: too far on foot, too close to sit in car. There is enough parking space between apartments, but not always close to your accomodation. It would be good to have designated parking spaces for each apartements. There is no skiboot heater in skilocker. Receptionist was very kind in phone when I was asking for kitchen equipment, but it would be helpful if it was written more detailed in description.

Summary: Excellent for someone who is mobile.
