Positive: The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with everything that is needed. The host was exceptional. The location was great, near by the skilift and beautiful hiking trails.

Negative: There is warm water in the bathtub but not really hot.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The sunny terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden was a highlight. Simon was a friendly and helpful host and responded quickly. The location is convenient for hiking and the supermarkets and restaurants are close by.

Negative: Unlike mentioned in the description there isn't a functioning laundry machine in the apartment but the host does offer a laundry service for a fee (10 euros).

Positive: great place to stay, more than enough room for 3 people, very dog friendly, a forest nearby to walk the dog and the wettersteinbahn is just 10 min walk away.

Negative: with 3 people the hot water was not great when you want to take a bath, but fine to shower.

Summary: Great place to stay, close to nature and close to the skiing area.

Positive: The location of this rental is wonderful. It's close to several lifts and resorts (shortest drive was less than 5 minutes, longest drive would have been 20 minutes). The host was very nice.

Positive: We stayed in the ground floor apartment as a family of 4. It was really spacious and had tons of character; the host (Simon) was really warm and helpful. We also got a great price for the 3 night stay.

Negative: Weak wi-fi and the hot water took some time to come through (as mentioned in other reviews) but the positives more than compensate for these small shortcomings!
