Positive: Completely new and modern house, equipped with modern techniques: everything looks fine. Good beds and good wifi. There is really nothing to criticize about the holiday home: absolutely perfect.

Negative: The garden could use a little more attention, but it is not easy with the drought and heat. We found the parasol not very stable: it fell 2 times on the glass table with only a little bit of wind. Luckily no chunks. The terrace does not offer a lot of privacy: you look inside the house of the nearest neighbours. Birken-Honigsessen is a sleepy village, without a real center, but the surroundings are very beautiful.

Summary: Absolutely perfect modern holiday home in quiet, but also slightly sleepy village
