Positive: The host was amazing. The house is wonderful, with a lot of space. There is a barbecue, sauna, etc. All of these could be used and just should be arranged with the host. The key was waiting for us, even though we arrived pretty late, almost midnight. The host was very welcoming and accommodating.

Negative: The house was cold since it probably wasn't used for a while, so it took quite a long time to get it warmed up. We were there in February, so temperatures were low at the time. This is understandable I guess, but something that the host should prepare for in advance during winter months.

Positive: Markus is a great host, he explained everything, he was next to us very helpful. The house has very nice outdoor bbq area that we used.

Negative: We were group and the only small disadvantage was that the hot water needed up to 30mins to heat.

Summary: Great place to stay. We will stay again next year.
