Positive: This is probably our 5th time staying with Simon. We love the location, love the feel of the place (cows next door were a special treat for the kid when they were smaller). Easy access to shopping (fresh buns in the morning are a must as is fresh milk from the milk dispensing machine), ski rentals, the pool. Simone has done a spectacular job making key updates over the years to the property which made our stay even better. Over the years we have brought many friends with us to stay there and hope to come back again next year although earlier in the season.
Negative: Could use more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing sponges.
Summary: Always a pleasure to come back and stay at Ferienhaus Ragg!

Positive: Simone is a great host and always helpful. The apartment is comfortable and nicely furnished, the house and its equipment are modern and have everything you need. The house was occupied by families and yet very quiet.
Negative: Very soft mattresses in the beds, I prefer harder ones, but that's a matter of personal preference. I would appreciate a capsule coffee maker rather than a drip coffee maker, as, I want to prepare coffee quickly and easily on my vacation.

Positive: Above all, very friendly and helpful hosts. There were no problems with anything. Car parking. Small shop on site. Good location close to Kaunertal Glacier. Everything clean and tidy. Ski room.
