This comfortable holiday home is located on a separate, terraced recreational plot directly on the banks of the River Elde. The Elde, a waterway between Lake Plau and the waters of Schwerin, flows through the town of Plau, with a beautiful promenade running along its banks. The holiday home is comfortably and stylishly furnished. It has an open-plan layout (no doors). On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered seating area with 4 armchairs, large LCD TV, music system, WLAN) and an open passageway to a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, electric cooker, dishwasher and various kitchen appliances. Upstairs there is an open-plan sleeping area with double bed on a gallery, double sofa bed and dressing room as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. The house can be heated centrally. Cot available. Due to several steps, the holiday home is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Outside there is a pond with goldfish, 2 furnished terraces, barbecue area, WLAN and car parking space. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

Summary: Die Unterkunft hatte nur 2 Mängel die man auf jeden Fall umsetzen sollte... Die Fliesen im Wohnzimmer. Da hatten einige keine Fugen mehr, die Verletzungsgefahr ist gegeben. Und wenn man die Treppe hoch ging waren ein zwei Macken an den Wänden... Da könnte man ausbessern und streichen. Und die Fotos auf der Buchungsseite umbringt erneuern, die Schlafcouch wurde Gott sei Dank ersetzt von einem tollen Boxspringbett😍 ansonsten war es eine sehr schöne Zeit dort, mit einer tollen Lage und der Garten herrlich.
