Positive: It's a very cozy place. Beautifully equipped with a nice bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. On top of that, there is a big garden with many toys for children.

Positive: - great view - good structure and design of apartment - close to funicular and two beaches - person who introduced apartment borrowed us two beach towels for free
Negative: - as reported by previous guests on booking the flat has issues with water pressure and warm water, which was very bothering and uncomfortable - we wished the floors would have been mopped with water, not only cleaned by broom/vacuum; person who let us in furthermore walked with street shoes through the whole department while explaining how clean the floors are (contradiction) --> recommend the book "Culture Map" at this point - we wished there would have been at least a vacuum for us to clean main dirt ourselves - toilet and bidet coming down from wall, instable to sit on - fridge falls out of kitchen cabinet and has an old legacy ice block incl. frozen dirt in it, which slowly melted and made a flood in the fridge every day; was probably not deep cleaned for a long time - a insect-net/gitter at door to balcony would be recommended to install, as there are many mosquitos - you hear everything the neighbour below does and he went out every night, and woke us up ever night upon his return - from other B&Bs we are used to having at least salt/pepper/olive oil/cleaning products in the flat for daily needs, but this flat had nothing but some coffee and (only caffeinated old) tea - one of the bathroom towels smelled really, really bad like something you don't wanna smell from other people; recommend to always wash on 90° - tooth brush holder had dirt of previous guests in it, would not recommend to use

Positive: We had a very nice stay at Ferienhaus Lausitz. It’s spacious, clean and really cosy! Senftenbergersee is 10 minutes drive away.
Negative: Even though we speak some German, we’ve had a bit problem understanding the key code after our arrival. Would be better for everyone to send the code in SMS.

Positive: A cute renovated apartment with a very convenient location as it is just walking distance to the beach, restaurants and local shops. The highlight of the apartament for sure was the balcony view. It was just breathtaking. The host was very helpful and always available for all the needs.
