Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Ferienappartment. Right from before our arrival, Gabriele coordinated with us, ensured we arrived without any hassle. She gave us a tour of her beautiful stay, where she had left some delicious home-made cookies and shared some locally sourced coffee beans. The stay was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not more beautiful. It really made us want to stay indoors and not go out at all :D She was always available for any help needed. She was also able to accommodate our early check-in request, which helped us a lot! Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Positive: We travel a lot and I will tell you that this has been the best accommodation we have stayed in. Gabriele is a wonderful host. The apartment is adorably decorated and could be on the cover of a home and gardens magazine. It is located in the historic part of Berchtesgaden and there are many restaurants and the historic town center within a two minute walk. You must eat in Gabriele's restaurant below the apartment...it is a Michelin and Gusto awarded vegan restaurant...absolutely fabulous. You must take the boat trip and see Konigsee and drive the Rossfeld Panoramastrasse. Obersalzburg is nice and Salzburg, Austria is a must see and only 30-minutes away. There are many beautiful hikes in the area. We had a very nice stay over New Years...watching the fireworks from the balcony was superb!

Negative: Everything was absolutely fabulous!

Summary: Best accommodation we have ever stayed in! Fantastic location! Michelin quality food!

Positive: The owner was very nice and accommodating. The balcony and the view from it was beautiful. The whole place has been renovated fairly recently.

Negative: They must be a collector of stuff because it was everywhere making it hard to navigate the stairs with luggage and the other rooms just had stuff put in any place available. It had one armoire for hanging clothes, but no real place to unpack, or set your suitcase.

Summary: It was a beautiful location and a beautiful home. Very nice people and amazing views.
