Summary: We came back to our room to water all over the floor my bags and shoes where wet told reception and they moved us to a smaller room which took a total of an hour to happen and to move our stuff on our own with no help to the point we missed our event we had booked. When I asked the man at the front of there was anything else they could do to compensate he said “manager is in tomorrow” and just didn’t care what I had to say was just rude and unhelpful

Summary: We had a room with a balcony facing the ocean and a jacuzzi tub. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and the jacuzzi tub worked well. It seemed to leak a bit over night but that cleared up in the sun next day. Balcony was very nice with 2 sitting chairs, a little table, an umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. Property was nice and clean as well. We had the breakfast included, which was a wonderful buffet of lots of food and drink options. We didn’t participate in poolside activities but noticed some when we passed through. We had a later flight so we kept our luggage in a room with racks and lockers (lockers were 2€). They have food available most of the day and drinks until late night. The air conditioning in the room was not very cold at all but there was AC in the lobby seating areas and great AC in the dining area. The only other setback was a slow check in process but otherwise we had a great stay and will be using Fergus hotels again in the future!

Summary: Staff was nice but the rooms were outdated and smelled like mildew. The property was clean and they were doing the upkeep everywhere you walked but the rooms didn’t match the the quality of care they gave the property. The shower also had this big rock type thing where I kept hitting my head and it was confusing why it was even there. Good thing I only stayed 1 night because I would’ve changed hotels if I was there longer.

Summary: Pros: Great location close to the airport and all the venues. The hotel being all-inclusive was convenient, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets included. The pool area was really nice, and the beach was beautiful. I also appreciated having lockers available since we arrived early and needed somewhere to store our luggage and change. Cons: Unfortunately, the service and check-in experience were extremely frustrating. We arrived around 9 a.m. and still had to stand in a 15-minute line even though I had pre-checked in. Since check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., we understood the room might not be ready, but when we asked about early check-in we were told to come back around 1 p.m. After changing and storing our luggage, we went to the pool and later realized we needed a key card to access the beach, which meant standing in another 15–20 minute concierge line. I checked on the room again around 1:30 p.m. and it still wasn’t ready. Around 3:10 p.m. I stood in line again, and the room still wasn’t available. We finally got into a room around 3:45 p.m., only to discover mold covering the walls and ceiling. After another trip downstairs and speaking with a manager, we were eventually switched rooms, but we didn’t get settled until close to 4:30 p.m. We also received a late checkout until 12:30 because of the delays, yet housekeeping knocked at 9 a.m. and came back two more times despite the Do Not Disturb sign. For $300 a night, I expected much better service and organization.
