Positive: Our family came to Fergana for a tennis tournament and stayed at this hotel for several nights. We had a great experience. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the sports courts. What really stood out was the quality of the service and the kindness of the people. The breakfast was excellent, honestly, better than in many European and US hotels we have stayed at! :) There are also several good local plov and kebab restaurants near the hotel, which makes the location even more convenient. The hotel offers access to a nearby swimming pool and sauna for an additional charge, and it is definitely worth it. A special thank you to the reception team and Shavkat, Temur, and Abdulajon l, who were extremely supportive, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. I truly recommend this hotel and Fergana region in general. We really enjoyed our stay

Positive: The room was all good. Breakfast was very nice, best I have had.
Negative: I primarily booked at this hotel because it had a swimming pool and a fitness centre. The pool was broken and the fitness centre wasn't really much at all. No lifts, so if you are on a high floor you are walking plenty of flights of stairs, OK for me, but for unfit people it could be a problem.
Summary: Nice hotel, needs improvements in some areas. Friendly staff, great breakfast.

Positive: The staff including receptionists , house keeping were very kind and caring. Breakfast was wonderful. The self service buffet and variety of options added to the enjoyment of my stay and made the experience even better. Thank you

Positive: I had a pretty suitable and comfortable stay at this property, because the room had all the necessary facilities, the kind of installed shampoos that I would normally see in 4 star and 5 star hotels. The working desk in the room was spacious. The breakfast had lots of variety of meals to choose from, also the availability of a coffee machine.
Summary: Comfortable and peaceful stay!
