Positive: Had a slight issue on check in but customer service were very professional and accommodating. Very friendly staff, who were attentive and available. We will be back.

Negative: Lack of amenities in the local area. It would be nice to have a small covered outdoor space to shelter from the rain.

Positive: Location was good for the people we were visiting. Basic accommodation but good value. Parking was OK on the street and area was good. Very little noise at night. Most things you would need for a longer stay were available. Only there one night but toiletries and tea/coffee nice touch. Travelling to Stanstead with friends that live in Cambridge - Early Morning Flight.

Negative: Bed was a little uncomfortable, but expected. You don't put an expensive mattress in a rental! Shower was OK but not fantastic. Stairs quite steep and narrow but fine. Wi-Fi bandwidth was weak - Not sure where the hub was in the building.

Summary: Cheap and cheerful. Great communication and instructions. Easy to find and perfect for a short stay.

Negative: It was described to receive the keys from a lockbox with a provided PIN code but the box was empty. We had to speak to another guest to get the number of the host so they would come give us the key.

Positive: It was well heated, with constant hot water. The bed was comfortable

Negative: Limited amount of crockery ( only 1 bowl, 2 mugs) some of which wasn't clean. We could hear noise from the other apartments ( walking overhead, washing machine, items dropped in the night). Lack of signage on side gate it wasn't until we got through the gate that it was clear we were at the right property. Requirement for a £100 damage deposit when furniture was already marked/ damaged.

Summary: Suitable for one night, close to Addenbrooke's hospital

Positive: Nearby to friends and great cafe a mile down road.. Overall it was clean and comfortable with modern facilities.

Negative: The room was chilly in morning. We found a heater with a support leg disconnected. The lead was not long enough to get to the socket. which was high up the wall. Also there was dust in the area where the heater was stored and some dust under the bed.

Positive: Location was quiet, easy to find

Negative: Kitchen was dirty, no toilet roll left, people before left washing up in oven and dish washer, bad smell in kitchen, keys were not left where they said. They did offer someone to come and clean but we was in there and trying to get ready to go out. Should have been checked before we arrived!

Positive: Very quiet, Lovely and clean, Mattress best nights sleep for ages very comfortable Would definitely return and the owner was lovely really helpful. Within a 10 minute drive of Papworth and Addenbrookes.

Summary: Comfortable and Peaceful well located if using a car. Not sure about a bus route.

Positive: Location was ideal for our visit to a music festival at Audley End being just 24 minutes away. Hotels nearer to the event were charging up to £500 a night so this property was decent value for money. Excellent communication from the host throughout, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee all provided which was nice.

Negative: We were in a ground floor apartment and unfortunately the apartment above was occupied so we could hear the occupants talking, walking about, using the bathroom etc. They weren't being excessively noisy but we were kept awake until 1.30am.
