Positive: It was beautifully located, very clean and spacious. Everything was well thought out and delightful. The owners were fantastic, so helpful when we got lost and also very patient. The garden was great too and well enclosed so the dogs were very happy. Oh yes, the bed was so, so comfortable. Bliss!

Positive: The lodge was really tidy, with everything we needed. The view was stunning and Susanne was a really friendly host, who was available to answer any queries.

Negative: There was underfloor heating and a log burner but, as we were going out to eat, we didn't want to light the burner. It might have been nice to have a plug-in heater, to warm the room temporarily
