Positive: the location was very close to where you ca get the train to go around town. the sou rounding environment was excellent, there were parks, perfect if you had kids. Lots of supermarkets and food points around. I was happy!! we found coffee in the room, sugar, and tea bags, we also found frying oil which was exceptional.

Negative: A few small bugs

Summary: Exceptional, I would definitely stay here in my next stay, I highly recommend this place

Positive: Nice appartement, good connection to the city (about 40 minutes by underground), quiet, some shops and restaurants nearby and also a lake within minutes.

Negative: Regrettably, the garbage was to be put just in the aisle. This wouldn't be a problem as long as it would be taken away daily. This wasn't the case and so there was bad smell there (not in the appartment) and there were also some cockroachs to be seen. Hopefully, a temporary problem. We contacted the facility and the garbage was taken away the same day. Moreover, there was no possibility to separate the garbage.

Positive: The apartment was clean and well equipped, dm, aldi and train station is literally 1-2 minutes walk. Parking garage is a little chaotic but it's included.

Negative: Fridge was a little noisy but this is nitpicking

Positive: Location is outside Wien central zone but you have a 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and also bus station which was nice because we could arrive into central Wien without changing any transport.
