Positive: The apartment size was above average, with a great, spacious bathroom and a good shower.

Negative: The parking card was not provided at the check-in, even though we requested it and contacted them on the day of arrival. Had to leave the car somewhere else and wait until the next day to get the promised parking space.

Summary: Overall satisfied, however would be nice to receive 24hr support.

Positive: The host knows how and is eager to provide for a comfortable in-apartment stay: The apartment contains not only minimal complectation but also contains dishwasher tablets, a coffee capsule machine with capsules, all stuff for cooking in good condition, kitchen towel, fresh sponge, etc. I sincerely enjoyed paintings (or installations) used for decoration. The district is great, a subway station is within 3 minutes' reach. The heating is extremely powerful (but adjustable).

Negative: The only substantial concern is that the range hood was broken while the smoke detector was above the stove. So it rang. The fee for the false firefighters call may ruin your vacation.

Negative: Apartment felt sterile and empty, no picture above bed just a hook, white walls all around, did not feel entirely comfortable. The location is also a bit longer train ride than expected to / from the city. In future would prioritize a property that feels warmer and closer to city and amenities.
